• "Bianca" is a Dimensional Baby Blonde with neutral to cool toned fine lowlights throughout. Very super subtle neutral to cool toned Dark Blonde (Level 8) Root.  This particular Bianca has a much more subtle and subdued root than our traditional Bianca color. The rooting on this piece is almost non-existent.
